Terms of Service

By accessing or using the OnCue AI website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of OnCue AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

OnCue AI provides: • An AI-powered business planning tool that generates tailored AI project plans and investment estimates • Custom AI development and automation services including chatbots, voice agents, workflow automation, web applications, and analytics dashboards • Consulting and strategy services related to AI implementation The AI planning tool is provided free of charge. Development services are provided under separate project agreements with fixed pricing.

The AI plan generated by our tool is an estimate based on your inputs and typical project benchmarks. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote or contract. Final project pricing, timeline, and scope are confirmed in writing after a scoping call and are subject to a separate project agreement. OnCue AI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated plans.

All development work is governed by a separate project agreement ("Statement of Work") signed by both parties. That agreement will specify: • The agreed scope of work • Fixed pricing and payment schedule • Delivery timeline and milestones • Revision rounds and acceptance criteria • Post-launch support period In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

Upon full payment of all project fees, the client owns all deliverables created specifically for their project. OnCue AI retains ownership of: • Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the build • Generic components and libraries incorporated into the project (subject to their respective licences) • The OnCue AI brand, website, and planning tool We reserve the right to reference the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnCue AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to OnCue AI in the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at lior@oncueai.net.
