OnCue AI Ltd ("OnCue", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. We provide AI lead reactivation services to businesses, reviving dormant leads and past customers held in their own databases. Our registered email address for data matters is lior@oncueai.net.

We collect information you provide when using our reactivation estimator, including: the approximate size of your dormant lead list, where that list is stored, how long since those leads were last contacted, your average customer or deal value, which contact channels you hold details for, your industry, and your name, email address and phone number when you request a callback. Where we go on to run a reactivation campaign for you, we also process the contact data you supply for the leads on your list. For that data you remain the data controller and we act as your processor, under a separate agreement. We also collect standard website usage data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) via analytics tools. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

We use the information you provide to: • Estimate the revenue sitting dormant in your database • Recommend the reactivation channels suited to your list • Follow up on your enquiry by phone or email • Improve the accuracy of our estimator • Communicate with you about your campaign We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: • Anthropic , to generate your reactivation opportunity summary (the answers you give the estimator are processed by Anthropic's API) • Airtable , to store lead and enquiry data • Resend , to send confirmation and notification emails • Twilio , to send confirmation and notification SMS • Vercel , to host this website Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements with us.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry data is typically retained for 3 years. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing lior@oncueai.net.

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate personal data • Request erasure of your personal data • Object to processing of your personal data • Request restriction of processing • Data portability To exercise any of these rights, please email lior@oncueai.net. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls in place. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
